In questa birra abbiamo deciso di lasciare il luppolo in secondo piano. 
Birra di colore scuro e dal profilo maltato dominante.
Medusa all' assaggio regala note tostate  di caffè, cioccolato e caramello.
Ottima con formaggi e salumi affumicati vi stupirà sui prodotti a base di castagne.
